Consus
Consus is an itinerant Oracle of the Autumn Court who has dedicated himself to overthrowing seasonal tyrants.
Overview

Prior to his abduction, Consus was a consiglieri of a Las Vegas Mafioso family known for his foresight. On his return, his greatly changed appearance meant that he could not simply retake his old place. Instead, he made a pact with his fetch, Tommaso Spinosi, to protect the family together. The two ran roughshod over the Hispanic gangbangers who had been pushing into their territory, utilizing terror tactics, including the hiring of Scarecrow Ministers, that earned them the admiration of the local Autumn Court.
Consus, for his skill with fear, was named Autumn King, until the usurper queen Bloody Mary of the Summer Court refused to relinquish her crown. Purging the freehold of her enemies, she cast Consus and his fetch out in a bloody coup. Having sworn an oath of retribution against Mary and her ilk, the two wander the country, whetting their blades on tyrants of the Seasonal Courts in preparation for their vengeance.
Appearance
In the Mask, Consus appears as an old, haggard man with a liver-spotted bald head and blind, milky-white eyes. Beneath the Mask, though still old, the man is neither frail nor sickly. His skin has the consistency of old parchment and his eyes luminesce like a candle in the dark. Consus deliberately gives off an air of senility and wheelchair-ridden weakness so as to make others underestimate him.

Panomancy
Due to his high Wyrd, Consus can use his Panomancy once per scene and he is obsessive enough that he probably does. Additionally, once per chapter, Consus can divine the course of future events. This operates like the Goblin Contract, “Diviner’s Madness” (see Changeling: The Lost, p. 165), without driving Consus temporarily insane. Though Consus can never remember the prophecies he makes, Tommy keeps a record of the foretellings.
