Sleep Bank

The Sleep Bank is a Treasure of House Dougal found in the Catalog of Dreams.

Overview

The Sleep Bank was invented by Corbie John, a Pooka, presumably a Wilder, in the Kingdom of the Burning Sun. By placing the piggy bank on its side, the pig will store your sleep. This is an incredibly useful, but disgustingly cute, device and it is invaluable for those journeymen with demanding masters. When done, turn the pig right-side-up. You better be lying down when you do this, though, for the sleep you "banked" will overwhelm you immediately. You will sleep until your debt is repaid. Luckily, the pig charges no interest, although intravenous feeding and incontinence-pants may be in order for those who have banked a lot of sleep!
