Biography

Description

Though this Other enjoys snatching up children, she is not particularly enamored of the work needed to do so. To make the task simpler for herself, she created a Contract with the forces of life and death. This Contract became embodied in the creature known as Fenghuang. Compelled to provide a second chance at life to the dying, the bird continually utilizes the clause — and each time it does, the drawback activates: The Ministrix may pluck from the mortal world a single twelve-year-old girl chosen by fate.

Appearance

Little is known of the Crimson Ministrix’s appearance, bar that she is “nearly as red and fiery as the Bird of Second Chances”.
