Cull
The Cull were a group of Neolithic Uratha who took a dim view of humanity, believing that their refusal to hunt was what was killing Father Wolf. The Cull decided that the solution was to force humans back into the Hunt in the position of prey, regularly slaughtering them, burning their fields, and butchering their livestock.
