Cult of the Wheel

The Cult of the Wheel is a cult that has heard and interpreted the words of Marco Singe to be a metaphor for the Great Wheel — ultimately, what goes around, comes around.

Overview

At their root, worshippers of the God-Machine, the Cult of the Wheel believes that order and chaos follow one another on the wheel, but that humans are unique in the ability to impose order upon chaos. What's more, the God-Machine blesses the seeking of order.

The Cult is divided into Spokes (chapters), and the various Wrights (members) regularly leave one Spoke to form one in a new area, usually where there are rumored to be pieces of the God-Machine. The Spokes regularly communicate to share news, though they do not coordinate their efforts.

Wrights are generally religious, well-educated, and have a history of charity. Mathematics feature heavily in their belief system — indeed, the Cult believes it can manipulate the God-Machine using mathematical sorcery.
