Cyril Masters
Cyril Masters was the head behind the Ventrue control of the London police forces during the Victorian Age. In modern nights, he served as the Sheriff of East London.
Biography
In his lifetime, Masters fought in various British colonial wars and was disillusioned when he returned to London in 1829 and saw the high crime rates. Questioning how a country could bring others culture and civility when they were not even able to maintain those values in their own homelands, he joined the Londoner police under Robert Peel, becoming one of the first "bobbies".
He patrolled through the East End and eventually exposed a criminal cult that practised human sacrifice. Because the government did not think that the public would be able to withstand such an alarm and destroyed all evidence, promoting Masters to a post that was quite different than he thought- he became the progeny of Valerius.
Under Valerius's protection, Masters became the secret master of the Londoner police force. He uses them to maintain order in "his" city, but attends social kindred meetings regularly and keeping healthy contact with the Toreador native to London.
During Operation Antigen, he was killed after several of his own contacts in the police betrayed him to the Second Inquisition.
Notes
Cyril Masters is of the 7th Generation ; but Valerius, his Sire, is too and no explanation for that have been given. Mostly likely committed diablerie.
