Summary
From White Wolf Quarterly's Sword & Sorcery Insider Fall 2004 Volume 2.4:
EverQuest II Gazetteer: The Shattered Lands
Fragments of a Once-Great Continent
The fury of the gods and the ferocity of the peoples of Norrath brought on an Age of Cataclysms that demolished Norrath into unrecognizable form. As the turmoil subsides, a new generation of heroes takes up the banner of exploration, but where to begin? The islands that once formed the continent of Antonica are dispersed and now known only as the Shattered Lands... and perhaps some lands no longer exist at all.
Islands to Rediscover
Direct from Sony Online Entertainment comes the means to create the never-before-seen: a wall map of the lands of EverQuest. The EverQuest II Role-Playing Game features a new setting that this atlas will reveal for the first time. The high-quality wall map is accompanied by a full color 16-page reference and key book.
EverQuest II Role-Playing Game books are published under the Open Game License.
Background Information
EverQuest II Gazetteer: The Shattered Lands was going to be an Adventure Atlas stylized sourcebook for the EverQuest II RPG. It is unknown why this type of sourcebook was never published by White Wolf.
White Wolf published at least two more EverQuest RPG books after 2004, but had to cut down on other planned EverQuest RPG sourcebooks.
