Eyes of the Cat

Eyes of the Cat is a rank 3 Metis Gift.
This allows the Garou to see clearly in complete darkness. The Garou's eyes will glow lambent green while this Gift is in effect. It is taught by a cat-spirit.
System
The player must state when this Gift is in effect, but there is no roll or cost expenditure. The player suffers no penalty from darkness.
