Fetter (GTSE)

A fetter is an object that has had a ghost trapped within it, with its powers usable by the Bound. Doing so is an alternative to destroying violent or otherwise dangerous ghosts (a sin against Synergy), as well as a potential power source for the Bound. However, a ghost that encounters a Bound carrying a fetter may become angry at this "slavery".
