Forest-Spirit
A generally malevolent lot, Forest-Spirits were known in Neolithic times to go out of their way to attack humans in recompense for the destruction of forests for lumber. Those who manage to ingratiate themselves will find that these spirits know much, carrying an information network that runs from coast to coast. They may be appeased by spilling blood.
