Fred Dingo
Fred Dingo was an employee at the Santa Monica Medical Clinic in late 2004. He had a very close and friendly relationship with clinic administrator Danny Boyle, with the two trading rather unprofessionally casual emails, and playing basketball outside of work. He may have been an addict or had a side business as a drug dealer, as when he asked Boyle where to get some morphine, he "jokingly" assured Boyle that it wasn't for his personal consumption.

- According to IMDb, Fred Dingo appears to be the name of an adult content actor, with three credits to his name. All three titles were released earlier in 2004, the same year Bloodlines was released.
- Fred Dingo signs his emails as "F-Dog." In addition to being a common epthet, it's also somewhat literal, as dingos are a kind of canine.
