Frost Fair

The Frost Fair was a traveling Goblin Market that tended to wander the Netherlands, though it occasionally made stop-offs in other frigid locations. In the 17th century, this included London.

Overview

Drawn to London when the Thames froze over, the hobs of this slaving market set up shop, catering to both mortals and the Lost. These visits were generally brief, lasting only until the ice thawed.

Due to their willingness to dabble in slavery, the market was attacked by Snow courtiers in 1688. After the attack, the weather turned bitterly cold, lasting for six weeks before the freehold made formal apologies, after which the market left. Further visits would see the Frost Fair deliberately capture as many mortals as possible out of spite.
