Gabriel de Cambrai

Gabriel de Cambrai is an elder Toreador whose artistic focus is making infernalists produce genuinely pleasing screams. He is the founder of the Order of the Star of Morning and a walker of the Via Adversarius.

Biography

Gabriel de Cambrai undertook the duty of hunting demonic servants after an encounter with a Lasombra infernalist in the Holy Land. Seeing how his own Road was apparently compromised, he gathered like-minded followers and and founded a knightly order whose sole purpose was to hunt infernalists. In this endeavor, he cooperated with the Order of Chanticleer, a similar organization of the Road of Heaven. De Cambrai's personal goal was the extermination of the Azaneali, whom he first encountered in the form of Alejandro Martel y Sandoval.

He has continued this task up the Final Nights, in an alliance with the Tal'Mahe'Ra.
