A Goblin Cloak is a Level 2 Nocker Treasure.

Overview

Black crystals are woven into goblin cloaks to bend light around the wearer. The difficulty to see someone wearing one of these cloaks in bright light is 7. The difficulty increases to 9 in the dark.
