Guðrunn
Guðrunn was a Fifth Generation Cappadocian, Bjarkarey’s court völva.
Overview
Guðrunn was a withered old Cappadocian who once was one of Norway’s most respected sorceresses and seers. Even in the dark ages, she was a relic, a remnant of a dead tradition, and in this she found meaning. She cast runes and provided cryptic snippets of prophecy, as likely to be genuine as simple manipulation.
A contrary old hag, Guðrunn has left most worldly scheming behind and in the age of Vikings, her true agenda was to lead her faith to a dignified end, and to bring other Cainites pain or petty annoyance for her own amusement. She was tired of unlife and more than happy to aid young vampires who wish to change the status quo, so long as they show wit and subtlety. She responded well to clever banter, even if it was insulting towards her.
