Gustav Mallenhous
Gustav Mallenhous was a Ventrue antitribu who is credited with the founding the Sabbat Inquisition.
Biography
Gustav Mallenhous founded the Sabbat Inquisition after being confronted with vampires worshipping the demonic forces. The Priscus Mallenhous took advice from the Shepherds of Caine. Alfred Benezri and his pack helped him in his quest to kill the ungodly.
When the first Inquisition was officially formed, Sister Jeanne took the lead. By 1900, there were fifty inquisitors whose goals were unclear, and the imprint of the political thirst of Jeanne transpired in their actions. Soon thereafter, the Dominion of the Black Hand Julian met with Benezri, and they agreed that the Sabbat needed to rebuild the Inquisition and make it independent of any political action. In 1919, Jeanne was sacrificed for the common good.
In the modern Sabbat, Mallenhous is considered the patron saint of the Inquisition. He is especially revered among the Ventrue antitribu. Through an ignobilis ritus dedicated to him, they shed their in-Clan Discipline Presence for Auspex.
