Hadrian

Dr. Hadrian is the Head Doctor at Ashcroft State Penitentiary. He assists Jeffrey Degenhardt II in his pursuit of resurrecting his family, in exchange for allowing Hadrian to experiment with fleshcrafting the prison inmates.
