Harold Arthur McNeill
Harold Arthur McNeill is an artist, poet, designer, and bookbinder living in Washington. He is known for his illustrations of collectable card games, including Vampire: The Eternal Struggle and Magic: The Gathering. McNeill is openly prejudiced, with professional art depicting Hitler as Jesus among other pieces supporting his ideology, making him a controversial figure in the gaming community.
