Heydar
Heydar the Small, is a Lasombra historian and researcher of the Sabbat who was Embraced as a child. His exact generation is unknown.
Biography
Heydar the Small is an Arabian boy turned into a vampire eleven hundred years ago. In modern nights, however, as nearly as one could tell, Heydar was constitutionally incapable of finding anything disturbing. For him, it was all just data, which he would sift through for patterns he could compare with his own experience and historical studies.
Heydar refused all rank and title, but there was usually at least one cardinal with the sense to appreciate his insights. At the moment, Timofiev supported him and covered the costs of the boy’s investigations. Not many vampires felt comfortable near Timofiev's Paladins and their bland, blank façade. But one of the few who did was Heydar.
He contributed little to any discussion, but afterward he would report to his patron about any warning signs of insurrection among the younger vampires. Heydar had solemnly helped slaughter elders once, during the Sabbat's creation, and intended not to perish the same way himself.
