Incubi

For the changeling kith, see Incubus.

The term Incubi refers to beings that have intruded into a dreamscape without the permission granted by a pledge, though this usually is reserved for those who intend to do harm.

Background

Incubi can describe any number of creatures: True Fae, hobgoblins, fetches, other changelings, or perhaps some stranger thing whose nature is unknown. As a rule, they represent transgressors of some sort, violating the last bastion of safety a member of the Lost might have. They can be forced away by a number of means, combat, pledges, or simple reason among them; sadly, this means that mortal dreamers who are so plagued are often at a disadvantage compared to changelings.
