Item:Laboratory Refrigerator Key

The Laboratory Refrigerator Key is used in VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines . In the second area of Grout's Mansion, after descending the stairs, the key is acquired from the room to the right with a bunch of furniture blocking the door. It's at the far side of the room. The key is used to unlock the walk-in freezer in the room directly forward from the stairs, to the right (as you're leaving) of the room where the key was acquired.

It's just a key, there's not much to say about it.
