The Skyline Apartments, Unit 4 key is acquired from Prince Sebastian LaCroix. It unlocks the door to Apartment 4 of the Skyeline Apartments in downtown Los Angeles.

Background Information

This key is not available to Nosferatu or Tremere, who both gain their own clan-specific havens.
The base game uses "Skyline" Apartments, rather than the proper "Skyeline." This is fixed in the Plus version of the Unofficial Patch.
