Johannes Castelein

Johannes Castelein is a Ventrue elder and the Prince of Amsterdam during the Victorian Age. He refused the position of Justicar and rising in the Camarilla's ranks for rule of the city. He was assisted in his rulership by his childe Arjan Voorheis, the Ventrue Jan Pieterzoon and the Toreador Vincent.
