John Carver
John Randall Carver was a serial torturer formerly employed by the CIA. Even after the termination of his employment, Carver's taste for inflicting pain had not diminished. He continued his "work", intensely torturing myriad victims before either freeing them or selling them on the black market.
The sheer, constant depravity of his actions leaked into the Shadow, granting his hideout access to a Place-That-Isn't known as the Ossuary.
