Johnny (VTMB)
Johnny was the head of the local Tong in Los Angeles' Chinatown, and operated out of the Glaze nightclub.
He worked with the Mandarin, and was funded (perhaps using the Mandarin as an intermediary) by Ming Xiao. The Mandarin threw him under the bus once it became clear that his scheme was uncovered, and forced the prince's agent to kill Johnny.
