Jorge (VTR)
Jorge was a Vampire who worked to hunt down the Striges; he did not work alone, though his compatriots' names and natures remain unknown.
Described as having a thick accent and a leathery, bearded face, Jorge came across Miranda Corliss and her sire after the former had become possessed by a Strix. He feigned sympathy for the woman in order to get in close enough to stake her.
