Josefa Teotalco
Josefa Teotalco is one of the few remaining Ravnos following the Week of Nightmares.
Biography
A nun not out of faith, but of poverty and need, Josefa grew in faith as she inserted herself into the clerical life. Her sire, in need of an all-nun auxiliary, Embraced her as a shovelhead, and when Josefa came to her senses and realized what she had become, she kept her zeal and instead gave her faith to the Path of Caine. She now commits herself to preaching the Book of Nod and supervising various ritae.
In 1999, she was shaken by nightmarish visions and her packmates chained her down and defended her from other Ravnos antitribu who sought out her blood. When Josefa awakened, she realized that she had survived the trial of Gehenna set for her Clan and believed that the other Clans would receive similar trials soon enough. She diablerized her pack leader after she doubted Josefa's words, and began to preach about the coming of Gehenna in the streets of Mexico City.
Her fervor has earned her quite a reputation and some among the higher Sabbat ranks think about introducing her to the Inquisition or they anoint her to a bishopric. Others however, are less scrutable, as one of the prisci within Mexico City has begun to feed Josefa with false prophecies about Gehenna to use her as a mouthpiece for his own agenda regarding the future of the Sabbat.
