Julian Sim

Julian Sim is a Banu Haqim Anarch.

Biography

Julian is a cainite from Malaysia who immigrated to the United States and became fascinated with technology. He is a faithful Muslim and follower of the Path of Blood. Just unconventional about it. Sim is a scheming neonate genius with no regard for human life versus a scheming elder with no regard for human life.

He believes the Masquerade is unsustainable and the only way to survive to the 22nd century is a "controlled crash" of the Masquerade where the undead reveal themselves on their own terms. Actually, Julian speaks highly of the (extremely recently) departed Sabbat and believes they were enlightened philosophers as well as avant-garde scientists among their Thaumaturges.

Also, Julian has created a serum that provides Kindred incredible new abilities and a program for educating them in heightened abilities.

Sim's takeover of Elin Olivecrona's migrant camp will do absolutely nothing to benefit the locals but make the collecting of blood from them even more efficient. It is known that he was leading immigrants to feed Nosferatu elder Reremouse a few years ago. Now leads his own STEM-based Anarch faction.
