Kathy Glens is a 10th generation Toreador guitarist resident of the Chicago area.

Biography

Ever since childhood Kathy dreamed to be the best guitar player in the entire world, and with every new Hendrix or Clapton album this ambition grew larger. The Embrace she received by a mad vampire violinist called Tamoszius was given to her in order to preserve her talent to the eternity, and with each passing night she refined it. Tamoszius himself had great disdain for rock n' roll, until he heard her play.

In time, rock gave way to punk, and Kathy jumped in with a vengeance. She is one of the founding members of the band Baby Chorus, and her talent is one of the key reasons the band has found such a strong local following back in Chicago. Despite her role as a band member, she is still likely to rip into an improvised solo that leaves the other band members with nothing to do except hang around the stage for one hour on end. She frequently employs her gift of Celerity in order to ensure her position as probably the fastest guitarist on the planet.

However, the Baby Chorus suffered a Lupine attack in a club called "The Cave" around 1993 during the War of Chicago, and the deaths of both Tamoszius and a band member called Garwood Marshall, as well as her own mauling, have left Kathy shaken and heartbroken. She is the main reason the band has not played for a couple of months, for she finds difficult to take the stage and now spends her time in an abandoned cellar on the South Side of the city, playing, recording, and editing all night. She neither knows nor cares if what she is creating is garbage or a masterpiece beyond measure.
