Lightning Gun

A Lightning Gun is a Level 3 Nocker Treasure.

Overview

Despite their frightening, high-tech appearance, lightning guns are relatively easy to build in the Dreaming. All that is required is a FUBAR and a specially carved metal rod to amplify and direct its energies. Most nocker lightning guns look like archaic dueling pistols or something out of Flash Gordon. A weapon must be invested with one point of Glamour to have 10 charges and can fire only once a turn. It can also contain no more than 10 charges at any one time. The weapon's attacks have the advantage, or maybe disadvantage, of causing half-damage to objects and people that are adjacent to targets if those secondary targets are in contact with a conductive material (water or metal).
