Lin
Lin (林) was a thief asked to steal an emerald for the head of the local Tong in Los Angeles' Chinatown. The gem belonged to a man in a Hong Kong triad. When Lin returned, he decided he had earned the emerald and didn't want to give it up, angering both his superior in the Tong and also the triad member.
Lin was caught. The triad member ended up with his emerald returned, while Lin's boss had him killed, and his body stored in the freezer at the Chiki Mei-Mei Ramen shop.
The Tong wanted his body intact, but Mr. Ox had a buyer interested in "ambitious eyeballs," and so sent the prince's agent on an Eye Harvest, claiming the action would send Lin to Eye Gouge Hell.
