Biography

Originally sent from his sire to exploit the situation created by NAFTA and to investigate Sabbat activities near Mexico City, Lisandro has begun making alliances with the Samedi who have joined the Sabbat. He is under constant pressure from being caught and knows exactly how high the stakes are if he does.
