Loki's Brood (CTD)

Loki's Brood are a group of Fiona Sidhe politicos, some of whom serve in the Parliament of Dreams.

Overview

The Brood are exactly what they sound like... a group of politicians who are always in the opposition. Whatever seems to be the will of the majority, they will oppose it. Duke Selim is their charismatic leader and usually sets the tone for the other members. There is no formal membership, however. Simply wrangle an invitation from the Duke or one of the other regulars and show up for a meeting, which usually takes place in a salon at Caer Flamingo, in a sumptuous hotel room before a meeting of the Parliament, or at a large festival such as Carnival. Any Court or political Impulse is welcome, though a newcomer should have a clue about real politics and not just opinions and be able to make quality conversation. Outsiders usually think one of two things: Loki's Brood is an extension of the Shadow Court in disguise or it is just a big joke of House Fiona. Only regulars know the truth.
