Lord Worthing was a member of the Peerage in Victorian London.

Overview

Aware but not particularly wary of fae matters, Worthing was married to a changeling named Eleanor, who, with the aid of serial killer Mr. Smiles, would feed on the fear-laced Glamour of the populace.

Lord Worthing provided a place to keep those the duo kidnapped in the form of the Hearthstone Asylum. He was not particularly concerned with the state of those taken, apparently uninterested in the notion of noblesse oblige.
