Maître Benoît

Maître Benoît, Master Benoit in English, is a member of the French Tremere, based in  Normandie.  He is the Regent of Rouen's chantry and an important member of the Échiquier de Rouen which control the city.

Biography

The French Tremere known as Maître Benoît was the master of the Rouen's chantry of the House Tremere, the capital city of the Duchy, when Goratrix departed Normandy to Paris. He was one of the childer of the Counselor of France and was greatly respected by LeDuc.

He found Thomas de Cherbourg through visions obtained thanks to the "cordes éthériques" ("Etherical strings" in English).

Opening his heart, Master Benoît then explained to the ghoul the mission that was his. Moved by the sincere stories, full of common sense of the Tremere, Thomas accepted the embrace.

He is also a member of the Tablier Noir of the Échiquier de Rouen, the Cainite assembly which rule the Normandy's nights, but he is only really present when the decisions concern his city of Rouen or during large events.
