Madame Zhou

Madame Zhou was a changeling refugee from the Ming dynasty active during the reign of Louis XIV. An irascible and gloomy sort, she nonetheless was a loyal woman, a lifelong ally to any who would succeed in winning her over.

Zhou was noted as one of the most skilled oneiromancers of the age.

Speculation

Though her kith is unknown, her possession of porcupine quills might indicate Steepscrambler (given New World porcupines’ tree-climbing behavior). The trait, being distinctive of a particular animal, makes it unlikely that Zhou is kithless.
