Maker's Markers
The Maker's Markers are a guild within House Fiona of those with a passion for arts and crafts.
Overview
Any changeling with a passion for arts and crafts is welcome to join the Markers. Above all of their loves they treasure beautiful objects of art and extend this to variations such as fine meals, rare maps, old books, and even interesting computer games. Membership is for life, provided the kithain in question attends and exhibits at at least one show per year. These shows are gala social affairs, bringing in a myriad of Dreamers and tons of Glamour for the attendees (and though the fae may not realize it, these gatherings are attended by the Toreador vampires.) Well most members construct their own exhibits, some act as patrons for others. This way, both get inducted in the Guild.
Unlike in House Dougal where the process of crafting is what's important, the Maker's Markers believe the end product is all important. Ergo, some exhibits are masterworks constructed over years and others are produced in a burst of creativity the day before the show. Favored crafts seem to be weaving, painting, photography, vintning, and sculpture. Sidhe are plentiful but there is a strong presence of both Boggans and Nockers as well.
