Martin Holly

Martin Holly was a patient of Bishopsgate Mental Asylum.

Overview

Holly had self-admitted himself to the asylum following a flare-up of intense anxiety. Though he had appeared to be faring better, his case took a sudden turn for the worse, his behavior growing more belligerent and hostile, until he was put into Room 202, which was being used for the purpose of solitary confinement. Hours later, he was found dead, wrists slashed and face mangled to the point of unrecognizability.

It was Holly's death that prompted closer investigation into 202.
