Midori Saputo
Midori Saputo is the regent of one of Japan's Beast Courts. She is friends with Kumiko Hadoki.
Midori forbade Kumiko from interfering with the Otanaga Power Plant due to its economic importance, despite the risk posed by its nuclear power plant. Nevertheless, she knew Kumiko was responsible for shutting it down. Because Kumiko acted without official permission, Midori was able to save face.
It is not clear what sort of shapeshifter Midori is.
