Biography

Miguel was a Brazilian pirate Embraced by Santiago DeSoto, who recognized in the small-time bandit a will to be free from the laws of men. Santo Domingo became an avid supporter of the Code of Milan, and once his Sire joined the Inquisition during the late 1950s in Montreal, took over the position and responsibilities of pack priest. Ever since, he has reformed the Navigators into his own image, dedicating their efforts to revealing hidden agendas and other secrets among the Sabbat. Miguel is suspicious of the motives for DeSoto's secluded retirement.
