Minutemen

The Minutemen are a secret group of Kithain dedicated to saving commoner retainers from corrupt Nobles who harm them.

Overview

Every now and then something isn't quite right about one of the Shining Host. Maybe they start harming their commoner retainers or turning the away from the Balefire. There have been stories of one Sidhe Sorceress using commoners for experiments who got worse and worse until becoming a monster. The problem is that when things like this happen commoners, particularly childlings or elderly grumps, can't escape. Where would they go, and how would they get there? This is when the Minutemen step in. They check out the rumors (and not just about sidhe but ennobled commoners as well) and then, if they are true, they get the members of the household, freehold, or motley to safety. Occasionally the noble will put up a fight and so the Minutemen have to be well prepared. It isn't always pretty.
