Mu Courts
The Mu Courts are groups of Hsien who surrendered themselves to the Yama Kings in the Fourth Age as they saw no way out of the dilemma they had brought upon themselves by breaking the Mandate of Heaven. The two courts are not allied with each other but both are at odds with the other Hsien Courts.
