Nebula Group

The Nebula Group is an underground Circle of former SS men that's said to be active in the Underworld.

Overview

The Covenant of the Millions provides for the delivery of any wraith conclusively shown to be a former Nazi to the Dark Kingdom of Wire. Unfortunately to this day many of these souls have still escaped punishments. Rumors persist that top Third Reich officials, with Hierarchy administration's tacit approval, have been given new names and identities, and in some cases had their features Moliated to escape detection. Supposedly the Nebula Group has played a huge part in procuring new identities and positions for these wraiths, as well as disseminating misleading information.
