Nibbles the Clown
Nibbles the Clown is a Horror that steals its victims' faces.

Though it has been active since ancient times (being described as a "Ghastly Man" or "spindle-legged brute" all the way back to the time of the Roman Empire), this Horror took on the name Nibbles the Clown in 1952, when it massacred and chewed the faces off of seven victims at a child's birthday party.
It remains unknown why the creature does what it does — if perhaps it is seeking an identity that can last or if it simply revels in the bloodshed it causes.
Appearance
The Clown is often wearing someone else's face, being capable of mimicking its victim perfectly for a short time. After that time is done, it will peel off its stolen face and reveal its true form: an enormously tall creature, most of the height of which is in its spindly legs. Its true face is almost-but-not-quite human, with slightly-too-wide lips, a bit-too-pale skin, and the like. Its voice is a buzzsaw shriek.
