Oathcircle (CTD)

An Oathcircle, also known as a Covey, is a group of Kithain who swear oaths of friendship to each other.
Overview
While most changelings belong to a Household or Motley, there is a third social unit among the Fae that crosses these boundaries. An Oathcircle is made up of kithain friends who swear oaths of loyalty and support to each other and while many may be attached to a Freehold, some such groups have no permanent home.
Formation
An oathcircle is formed when a group of changelings who have similar interests or enjoy each other's company decide to formalize their relationships. Both nobles and commoners may belong to the circle and share equal ties with regardless of rank in kithain society. Occasionally such circles form due to other circumstances such as undertaking a particular quest, sharing a certain goal, or fighting a common enemy as with the Warbands of House Daireann. The oaths that bind such groups tend to be temporary but are still powerful for as long as the oath is taken.
Effects
Joining an oathcircle tends to give members duties or responsibilities that such bindings carry but on top of that the members are able to pool their Glamour and act in concert to enhance the cantrips cast by members of the circle.
