Oliver Ligon

Oliver Ligon was a seventh generation Ventrue. One of the few Kindred who managed to Embrace a werewolf, creating Pariah the Abomination in 1860. Oliver was allied with Maxwell in Chicago, but was killed by Lodin's men.
