Oswyn Cresswell
Oswyn Cresswell was a mortal agent of the Weihan Cynn during the time of Elizabeth I. Born the son of a Weihan Cynn daughter, Cresswell owned a wide variety of backstreet surgeons, dentsists, and chemist shops, which he used for the Covenant's (and more specifically, his great-grandmother's) purposes.
