Papillon

This is the term among vampires for the red-light district or seedy parts of town filled with drinking establishments, brothels, gambling houses and other locals of ill repute. They are handled as prime hunting grounds of a city, as the disappearance of kine goes hand in hand with the area's general crime rate.
