Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson lived in the fifth floor of the Skyeline Apartments in downtown Los Angeles.

Paul was a ghoul who worked for one of the Anarchs, and fell into a relationship with his upstairs neighbor, Hannah Glazer.

Unfortunately, Hannah was infected by the Ninth Circle plague, and infected Paul in turn. Paul died from it shortly before Hannah did.
