Persephone (CTL)
Persephone is a True Fae who was noted to be active in the third century BC. Like most Gentry at the time, she was displeased with the Great Bargain that prevented her from readily taking captives. As such, she hatched a plan to kidnap a Promethean, Mausolus, and turn him into a Huntsman in the hopes of creating a servant that could ignore both the Great Bargain and the basic laws of reality.
Persephone seemed to have some adversarial connection to her peer, Hades.
There was some debate among the Dream Builders as to whether she was, in fact, the Lady of Life Beyond Death, who created the Bargain and gave it to Nineveh in the first place.
